IT Trainer and Support (Kuching)

Job Location :

Jalan Song, Kuching Sarawak

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Business
• Familiarity with Accounting / Human Resources (Payroll) systems is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates / entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply

Responsibilities :

• Provide software support on-site, via phone, and/or through remote internet support
• Focus on support and training for Accounting / Human Resources (Payroll) systems
• Conduct training sessions for customers both onsite and online
• Assist in system implementation and analysis
• Perform other duties as assigned
