As a part of the digital team, you will assist with events and meetings for our diverse energy clients in the Asia Pacific Region (virtually) and physical events in Kuala Lumpur. You'll be a part of an environment at Energy1 Asia that promotes self-initiative, open communication, and teamwork.

A sub-division of PETRO1 Asia, Energy1 Asia specializes in offering technical consulting and training services in industries including Power (Generation, Transmission & Distribution), Renewable, Manufacturing, Maritime, Defense, Aviation, Water Treatment, and Chemicals. Our clients are professionals mainly from the Top Fortune 500 companies in the Asia Pacific Region.

Key Responsibilities:

Virtual Events:

• Participate as a host/moderator using platforms such as Microsoft Team, Zoom and WebEx
• Learning exposure using live chats/game-based platforms to make the training sessions more lively and interactive!

Physical Events:

• Opportunity to act as a Master of Ceremony (MC)
• To help with the registration process and manage the event flow

Additional Participation:

• Assist in pre and post-event preparation for both F2F and virtual events

Who Are We Looking For:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Digital Marketing or any related field
• Experienced in Public Speaking/Public Relations/Emceeing 
• Basic knowledge in photo/video editing/content creation/graphic designing skills using Canva, Cap Cut or Adobe Illustrator.
• You'll be posting a bunch of videos on Tiktok, it's time to let that confidence shine!
• Proficient in English (verbal and written). Copywriting skills are an added bonus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Social media savvy

 Internship Job Details:

• Working Arrangement: Work from Home (Occasionally you’ll be required to travel for event purposes)
• Working Hours: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday) 
• Duration: 3 - 6  months
