Human Resource Internship (Petaling Jaya)

We're Hiring: HR Internship 

Duration: 3 – 6 months | Allowance: RM 600 – RM 700/month
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

What You’ll Be Doing:

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into real HR work with us!
You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Assist in daily HR operations & admin tasks
• Support onboarding & welcoming new hires
• Coordinate HR projects, trainings, surveys, and even take meeting minutes
• Learn to screen resumes, set up interviews & participate in recruitment
• Get hands-on with employee relations by helping plan employee engagement activities
• Gain exposure to HR strategy
• Contribute to creative content and designs using Capcut and Canva

Who We’re Looking For:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficient in both written and verbal English communication
• Competent in using Microsoft Office applications, with working knowledge of basic design/video tools such as Capcut and Canva
• Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and personal growth
• A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills and a keen interest in contributing to a positive workplace culture
