- Working Hours: From 10 am to 6 pm (Mon - Fri)
- Working Hours: From 10 am to 2 pm (Sat)
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday (5½ day)
Job Requirements
- Mandarin speaking
- Experience in online customer service is an advantage
- Encourage experience counter customer service & candidates keen in customer service field
- Patience & soft attitude
Job Scopes
- Checking & reply customer messages
- Solve the customer needs and problems
- Request customer for payment proceedings
- To pacify/calm emotion customers and deliver great customer satisfaction
Benefits & Remunerations
- Salary Range: RM 2,000 to RM 2,500 (Increasing depend on experience)
- EPF, SOCSO & EIS (compulsory to provide in the job ad)
- Medical & Annual Leave
- Overtime (1.5-3 times)
