Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
• BOQ and Cost Reporting skills
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and effectively at the project site
• Have more than 2 years of experience in the construction industry
• Poses driving license & able to travel to outstation
• Able to start immediately

Job Scopes

• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects.
• Negotiate and prepare all contacts and sub-contract documents.
• Prepare all bills and quantities.
• Check and request materials required at the site.
•  Liaise & follow up with site team & clients.
• Verify and prepare the contractor's payment.
• Co-ordinate site meetings with clients.
• Any other duties that may be delegated from time to time.

• Salary Range: RM3,500 to RM 5,000
