Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning skills
- BOQ and Cost Reporting skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and effectively at the project site
- Have more than 2 years of experience in the construction industry
- Poses driving license & able to travel to outstation
- Able to start immediately
Job Scopes
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring the assigned projects.
- Negotiate and prepare all contacts and sub-contract documents.
- Prepare all bills and quantities.
- Check and request materials required at the site.
- Liaise & follow up with site team & clients.
- Verify and prepare the contractor's payment.
- Co-ordinate site meetings with clients.
- Any other duties that may be delegated from time to time.
Benefits & Remunerations
- Salary Range: RM3,500 to RM 5,000
