Customer Relationship & Lead Management: Oversee and optimize the CRM system, analyze client data to improve targeting, create tailored marketing campaigns, maintain up-to-date client information, and collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups on leads and clients.
Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present monthly marketing performance reports to senior management, evaluate campaign success using KPIs to recommend improvements, and track market trends and competitor activities for valuable insights.
Events & Public Relations: Organize marketing events, develop and distribute media materials, coordinate with external partners, and work alongside other departments for joint initiatives.
Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize ROI, ensuring that all marketing activities remain within the approved financial framework.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media, content creation, and B2B marketing.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM software tools.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively within a team.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in budget management and event planning.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and Malay.
