Warehouse Supervisor (Butterworth)

- Manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts.
- Receive, store, and ship goods efficiently and accurately.
- Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of goods to prevent damage or loss. 
- Supervise and direct warehouse staff, assign tasks and workloads.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Monitor and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. 

Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisory role within this environment ie: retail shop/warehouse.
- Problem-solving skills, leadership skills and good communication skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment will be preferred ie: forklifts, pallet jacks. 
- Must be able to read in basic English, BM and Mandarin.
