In view of business expansion, we are looking suitable candidate to support our online sales portal. The new recruit should be familiar with online portals and social media channels.
E-Commerce Admin Support
Responsibilities:-
- Assist in conducting all products and promotional activity online and offline
- Assist in organize, executive online & offline advertising/ promotional campaigns to increase sales
- Promote online sales through social media channels
- Support Online sales i.e. work closely with internal team to enhance online sales
- Manage day to day social media profiles of the Company
- Coordinate & support online platforms orders (e.g. Lazada, Tik Tok, Instagram etc.) and manage customers queries & feedback
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:-
- Minimum possess Diploma/Certificate in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- Possess basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms
- Good communication skills & experience in customer service
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, design will be advantage
- Experience with FB advertising and other social media advertising channel is a plus factor
