  • Work days: Monday to Saturday

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
  • At least 1 years working experience in Pre & Post contract administration and Quantity Surveying
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Computer Skills required: Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project, AutoCAD
  • Ability to work under tight timeline and multi-tasking
  • Sound knowledge of construction.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
  • Great networking abilities.
  • A valid driver’s license.

Job Scopes:

  • Responsible for quantity and budget estimation from a tender stage, and inception through to completion; monitoring progress by collecting photo evidence to ensure that work is completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide support in contractual matters during pre-construction, construction, and post-construction stages. Involve in site measurement, quantity take-off and source for quotation.
  • Provide cost and financial advice to the project team when necessary.
  • Involve in sub-contractor tender process, evaluate sub-contractors bid and analyze costing before recommendation to award jobs to sub-contractors
  • Prepare work done certificate to sub-contractors in accordance to work and ensure work done certificate is tally with done at site
  • Manage final payment valuation, defect matters, extension of time and submission of loss and expense claim
  • Attend site visit and site meeting as and when required by management.
  • Assist in managing and controlling all related law and regulation of company compliances to ISO, CIDB Quality Management Program, Safety and Health
  • Plan and anything related to improve company’s quality.

  • Salary Range: RM 2,500.00 to RM 3,500.00 (negotiable)
