Site Supervisor (Ipoh)

 * Plan resources for all site works to supervise, co-ordinate and monitor to ensure all works carry out are according to program schedule and achieve required standard.

 * Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with construction drawings and contract specifications.

* Consistency in checking of drawings, specifications and highlight discrepancies.

* Record daily site activities including material deliveries and workforce by trades.

* Daily inspection of works carried out by subcontractors.

* Minimize and control wastages.

* Liaison with local authority, tendering, implement project, cost control, material control, quality  control and documentation.

Job requirement:-

*  Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil), Building Construction or equivalent

*  Knowledge of construction safety regulations and the ability to enforce and promote a safe working environment.

* Possess own transport.  Willing to travel to any project site at any time.

* Ability to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

* With minimum 3 years working experience in related field.

* Yellow Book Holder or with Site Safety Qualification is an added advantage.
