Compliance Assistant Manager (Cyberjaya)

We are hiring for Assistant Manager - Compliance
Location: Cyberjaya

Malaysian Only

Salary: RM 7000 to RM 10000

Responsibilities:

• Develop compliance checklists and policies for local/international telecommunications laws and regulations
• Implement internal policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Monitor compliance and suggest improvements to internal processes
• Provide training on Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC), Gifts & Hospitality (G&H), and other policies
• Assist in internal audits related to compliance and regulations
• Collaborate with internal teams on compliance-related issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Strong writing, drafting, and analytical skills
• At least 5 years of experience, with 3+ years in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles
• Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and the Communications and Multimedia Act (CMA) is a plus
• Willingness to learn about the satellite industry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills
