Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and coordinate the execution of sales and post sales.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
- Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
- Maintaining relationship with all existing and potential clients.
- Prepare/present presentations, Jobsheet and price quotations or project proposal.
- Work closely with Designer/Production/Traffic after receive inquiry from clients, follow up PO and payment with clients.
- To follow up with clients on sales or order status, and provide excellent after sales service.
- To achieve monthly sales target set by the Company.
- Listen to and care for customers, feedback customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
- Generate daily and weekly reports to the Management, voice out about existing concerns, and provide constructive feedback / solutions.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
- Pay attention to the market trends of dealers, competitive brands and end customers, and timely feedback market information to the company.
- Any other sales tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment.
- Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or related field.
- Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best.
- Has a good understanding of different sales techniques.
- Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills.
- Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter.
- Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, work independently and under pressure.
