Jr. Project Associate (Petaling Jaya)

Job Overview:

SIZAF INFOCOMM is looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Jr. Project Associate to support our team in delivering telecom services, IT solutions, software development, and digital marketing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in project coordination, client interaction, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Assist in the onboarding of new clients, helping to understand and document their needs for smooth project initiation.
• Project Coordination: Help ensure the timely delivery of telecom and IT services, working alongside the team to track project progress and manage deadlines.
• Vendor Interaction: Support the procurement process by coordinating with third-party vendors and assisting with securing equipment and services.
• Team Support: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project milestones are met and provide assistance in resolving issues that arise during implementation.
• Documentation: Help maintain accurate records and project documentation, ensuring proper tracking of progress and client communication.
• Client Support: Build relationships with clients, assisting with ongoing support and looking for ways to improve service delivery.

Requirements:

• No prior experience required; ideal for freshers or candidates with limited work experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and work well in a collaborative environment.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a passion for problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Education:

• SPM, STPM, Diploma, or degree in any related field is preferred.
