Job Description


  • The Business Development Executive is responsible for development and assessment of services led business opportunities, including strategic outsourcing and partnerships. He/she should have an understanding of altering demand in the beauty, health and wellness services market and industry. The Business Development Executive is responsible for developing extensive executive and senior management relationships in client organizations which leads to being viewed as a "trusted advisor."
  • The BDE is expected to create, articulate, and sell an innovative and compelling buying vision and value proposition so that potential partners clearly realize the financial benefits and transformational value to their business offered by a relationship with Xeoul Group.

What We Are Looking For in a Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience of selling/leading deals that are relevant to the beauty, health and wellness industry.
  • Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
  • Aggressive, resourceful, self-motivated and result-oriented.
  • Dynamic and outgoing personality with excellent negotiation skills and a passion for connecting with people.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay.
  • Able to manage and prioritize and tasks and time efficiently.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks.


  • To prepare a business proposal on all Xeoul Group products and presentation material for the Management.
  • To identify new business opportunities through the collection, analysis and reporting of relevant business information.
  • To provide periodical reports showing progress against outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risk and dependencies.
  • To secure new clients and to focus and develop Xeoul Group’s key accounts by establishing and maintaining good business relationship, develop and implement promotion activities in line with company’s marketing objectives, work closely with operation and support personnel in providing a high standard of customer service to the key accounts and to be responsible for sales target achievement and business growth.
