School leavers
Expose to BOH/kitchen tasks is preferred.
Possess Food Hygiene Certification
Job Scopes:
Prepare, cook, and present quality cooked and safe food to our customers according to Company and/or Brand quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsible for total cleanliness and tidiness of kitchen area.
Use proper kitchen equipment to prepare/cook food and handle all equipment and facilities with Care.
Wash, clean and store all dishes, tableware, glassware, utensils, pots, etc for the assigned shift.
