Job Description

Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably supporting executives or senior management

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Proficiency in using computer software and applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Demonstrated professionalism in all interactions and adherence to company policies and procedures

Availability to work flexible hours, and travel if needed

Prior background in development and construction industry is preferred.

Fluent in Bahasa Sarawak, Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
