Key Account Executive (Sungai Buloh)

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in a related field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in wine industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
• Proficient computer skills and adept at generating comprehensive reports.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
• Result-oriented team player with a positive attitude.
• Willing to travel and work outside of office hours if required.

Job Scopes:

• Researching markets and competitors to find trends and opportunities.
• Developing and implementing strategic account plans to grow sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and service level agreements with key accounts to ensure mutual satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients or accounts, understanding their business needs, and acting as the main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and issues.
• Collaborating with functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Accounting) to implement business plans effectively.
• Monitoring sales performance, preparing sales forecasts and reports for management review.
• Proactively addressing any issues or concerns raised by key accounts, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries or complaints.
• Preparing and submitting monthly performance reports/updates.
• Building and leading a team of merchandisers and promoters to carry out marketing activities efficiently.
• Performing any other ad hoc tasks as required

• Salary Range: RM 3,000 to RM 4,000

Working Hours & Days:

• Working Hours: From 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Full day) , Alternate Saturday (Half day)
