Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required
At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role is necessary
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills
Proven excellent organizational and time management abilities
Thorough knowledge of labour laws and regulations in Malaysia is essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) are required, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
Availability and willingness to undertake any additional ad hoc tasks as needed
Job Scopes:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate assessment, and onboarding
Coordinate candidate screenings, interviews, and reference checks
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions in the HR database
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process
Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals to enhance candidate sourcing efforts
Utilize recruitment metrics and data to analyse trends and enhance recruitment strategies
Participate in recruitment events and collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions
Provide training and guidance to hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and legal compliance
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling recruitment content for social media channels and other communication platforms
Assist with other HR functions as and when needed
