Senior Marketing Executive (Kuching)

Job Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 3 years of work experience related to marketing at the executive level
Experience in the wine and liquor industry will be an advantage
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, brand management, and consumer behaviour
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin preferred
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and analytics.
Excellent leadership, project management, and creative thinking skills
Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
Must possess own transportation and be willing to travel

Job Scopes:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and target audience
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events
Lead and oversee the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive sales and achieve business goals
Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including budget allocation, creative development, and performance tracking
Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends
Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics
Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimize top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach
Analyze key metrics and KPIs to evaluate effectiveness and ROI
Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services
Monitor progress and submit weekly/monthly performance reports
