Business Development Executive (Bandar Puchong Jaya)

Vacancy: Business Development Executive

Location: IOI Business Park, Puchong, Selangor.

Salary: RM 2,000 - 10,000 /  month

Responsibility

• Listen and understand customer requirements clearly.
• Develop and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentation and proposals.
• Achieve monthly sales target.
• Manage sales pipeline and sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interaction.
• Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. Business Admin & Marketing will be added advantage. 
• Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Results-oriented mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market trends and customer needs.
