Recruiting sales-oriented person(s)

- Scouting potential customer to rent room

- Interact with customer to set viewing

  (date/time/location)

- Follow up with customer's decision

- Advertise (online/offline) promotion weekly

- Handle all social media content

- Interact closely with owner and admin for related matters

- Room viewing is not part of the job scope

- This is solely commission-based remuneration package.

Job Requirements

Should be aggressive in acquiring leads 

Smart in closing sales 

Online marketing and sales experience preferred

Preferably having experience in doing tik tok and other social media content

Own data base is an added advantage

Discipline and matured
