Job Summary

Will play an active role as the person in charge in the store in helping the company to achieve its business targets and goals mainly through managing all aspects of retail operations functions, executing retail operations priorities and serves as the primary contact to the company personnel and customer.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Helping the company to achieve its business targets and goals mainly through managing all aspects of retail operations functions, executing retail operations priorities and serves as the primary contact to the company personnel and customer.
• Manage the store by recruiting, leading and developing a team to execute outstanding service and build sales to deliver optimum business results
• Organize promotions/events to clear past-season stocks
• Implement and support effective retail operations functions and priorities

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum SPM or Diploma with at least 3 years experience in a similar role
• Must have leadership and know-how to take initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good coordination and administration skills
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage
• Service-oriented with high enthusiasm to serve
• Able to work retail operational hours
