Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming & outgoing calls and email.
  • Attend owner/tenants maintenance fees and deal with problem.
  • Perform office administrative tasks which includes documentations, filling correspondences.
  • Manage billing, invoicing and assist in performing accounting data entry.
  • Experience in basic bookkeeping, create and bookkeeping, create and update records ensuring the accuracy and validity of information, tracking of financial transactions with account software (CSS Accounting).
  • Maintain a proper filing system and extraction of documents.
  • Responsibilities for Accounting & Administrative works for daily operation.
  • Knowledge of English, B. Melayu and Mandarin.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline.
  • Preferably with 1 year of working experiences in administration or relevant field.
  • Computer literate and familiar in using MS Office. (Eg. Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word)
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
