Admin Executive (Kuala Lumpur)

Satir Malaysia Whole Person Development Association is seeking a Admin Executive to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about self-development and is looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive, and impactful environment.Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of personal growth courses and programs.
• Provide administrative support for events and programs, including managing registration and logistics.
• Maintain accurate records of program participation and feedback.
• Provide support for day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing email correspondence, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials and social media content.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that programs and events run smoothly.
• Participate in professional development opportunities provided by the organization to enhance personal growth and development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in program management and/or administration.
• Passion for personal growth and development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Experience in event planning and social media marketing is a plus.
