Job Description:

Pand.ai Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based startup that creates AI-powered chatbots for the finance industry. Our clients include some of the biggest banks and insurance companies in the region.

We are experiencing rapid growth and are currently establishing a Malaysian subsidiary, Athena AI Sdn Bhd. As part of this effort, we are looking for a top notch management associate to join us as a key founding team member.

Our team is dynamic and diverse, including graduates and PhDs from Stanford, Cambridge, Carnegie Mellon, MIT, Wharton and NUS.

The ideal candidate we are looking for is enthusiastic and independent. A good attitude and willingness to learn is far more important to us than any paper qualification or experience. This role involves dealing with clients, team members, suppliers and partners on a daily basis so it is vital that you are able to carry yourself in a professional manner, communicate well, and be organised and effective. As this is a startup environment, we move fast and team members need to be able to make decisions and problem solve without excessive hand holding. An ability to perform sales functions would be an added bonus.

This role has tremendous growth potential. As one of the founding team members, you will be exposed to all aspects of our operations, and play a vital role in growing the business. You will have a hands on role in managing business operations. There will be many opportunities to learn about both business and technical aspects, in a field that is at the cutting edge of technology. Your role will evolve over time depending on your strengths. Ideally, the right candidate will be able to quickly assume a leadership role.
