GeriaMed stand for Geriatric Medical. We provide subacute care & rehabilitation to post-hospitalization patients to regain ability to carry out activities of daily life after an episode of illness.

Geriamed is built with passion & love. We are not the regular hospital. We are bridge from acute illness to returning the patients to their baseline functional activities with the aim to promote quality of life which bring year back to life.
