Job Description

Working hour: 6 days/week(randomly), 5pm -3am
Salary : RM 2,500 - 2,800

Job Descriptions

  • To supervise & manage daily bar operation.
  • To ensure proper standard of service & customer satisfaction
  • To hire and train staff on F&B standard operating procedure
  • To ensure canteen environment is clean and meet the standard hygiene level
  • To work closely with purchasing team and chef on food cost control
  • To handle customer complaints and feedback¬†in a timely manner and ensure all feedback¬†are duly relayed back to Management or chef as necessary
  • To plan and assigned staff duty roaster
  • To perform all other duties as assigned & required

Job requirement

  1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
  2. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  3. Work in contract 6 months
  4. Chinese Speaker
