Compiles, sorts and files documents substantiating business transactions.
Post business transactions, such as income and payments, to an accounting software (Autocount)
Verify recorded transactions to support records
Issue and verify invoices, payment vouchers, cheque and account statements
Reconcile bank statements, debtors’ statement and creditors’ statement
Assist in general admin work
Other ad-hoc assignment by superior/management whenever required
Candidate must possess at least LCCL or Diploma.
Preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in Accounts/ Admin
Responsible, honest, self-motivated and committed.
Knowledge of Autocount software would be an added advantage
Positive working attitude and willing to learn.
Able to start work immediately.
Salary: RM1,800.00 per month
