We are a marketing service agency company and we are looking for highly motivated, energetic and outgoing individuals with excellent communication skills to join our team.
Responsible for managing projects and associated project team that may consist of IT, call center, research staff, and other project support staff to ensure projects are conducted in professional manner, meet developed schedules and remain within budget. Projects are marketing activities that may include events, telemarketing and digital marketing campaigns.
Job role will require, but not be limited to:
Sales collaboration and teamwork– once a new project is confirmed the PE will be responsible for the execution and delivery of the project.
Project team communication– ensuring that each member of your project team has clearly defined objectives, timelines and methods for completing assignments.
Quality Assurance and Checking (QA/QC)– ensuring that the client deliverables are of high quality, accurate, and meet our quality standards.
Project Status Reporting – a project status report must be issued periodically to all stakeholders.
Project Post Mortems – Initiate post mortems after the project is completed
Maintenance of communications and records– the PE is responsible for assembling all client communications, documentation, correspondence, and copies of deliverables for each project.
