Job Requirement

• At least 8 years of experience in work related to IT software development
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coordinating project teams and managing IT projects of local/global scope, in multicultural, international environments (medium to large projects).
• Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team
• Knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies (Agile: Scrum, Kanban)
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and Release Management process
• Communication skills and skills to cooperate inside a global organization
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions
• Experience conducting large scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners
• Taking the role of Problem Coordinator, Major Incident Manager if such problems occur in the Project/Service
• Communicates effectively with service leaders (i.e.: -Delivery/Service Managers, Lead Developer)
• Experience in implementing integrations and microservices
• English at least at C1 level

Technical expectations

• Fluency in at least one programming language and its frameworks (Java/Spring, JavaScript/Angular/React preferred)
• Experience in architecting and designing microservices
• Very good knowledge of software engineering patterns
• Hands-on experience in cloud-native systems (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience in building APIs
• Knowledge of software quality tools and techniques
• Knowledge of HPSM/SNOW and Jira tools
