Responsibilities:-
- To arrange customer viewing & unit inspection
- Assist customer check-in and check-out procedures
- Handling & follow up both incoming sales calls and outgoing sales call
- Maintain good relationship with customer for referral sales
- Troubleshooting and solving problems or customer complaints in the most efficient way
- Remotely coordinating cleaning staff and contractors as they perform their tasks on a daily basis
- Scheduling laundry, cleaning services, inventories of amenities, linen and check-ins on daily basis
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:-
- FEMALE and full time only
- Previous experience (1-2 years minimum) working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work under pressure
