Job Description

- Prepare Inv/DO/DN/CN, update in Excel & UBS, arrange send/upload to customer portal

- Check bank account , update offical receipt (OR) 

- Debtors report

- Bank Reconciliation

- Receive contractors/supplier invoice and update in Excel & UBS System

- Prepare payment voucher

- Prepare final Account & Audit schedules

Requirements:-

- SPM, LCCI & above

- Accounting knowledge, UBS system, Microsoft Excel & Words

- 2 years & above in Accounting

- Willing to work at USJ 1 , Subang Jaya
