Job Description

  • Familiar with I.D. Works (eg. office, factories, kitchen..)
  • Sourcing of building materials, contractors…
  • Prepare bills of quantity (B.Q)
  • Work-out each individual project account with filing
  • Prepare claim form – staff claim, sub-con claim, supplier….
  • Work closely with each other as a team (colleague, client, sub-con, supplier….)
  • Knowledge of Auto-CAD software will be priority

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min 2 years related field experience
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
  • Good organization and reporting skills
  • Initiative able to work in a team ,willing to learn and able to work independently under pressure
