Job Description:

Central Kitchen Assistant Manager
‚Äč-  Handle productions & ordering from store
-  To lead by example and resolve conflicts that may arise during work
-  Ensure the quality and consistency of product quality
-  Ensure orders from outlets are made and delivered correctly as per request
-  Sourcing for suppliers
-  Maintaining upkeep of central kitchen and equipments
-  Ensure central kitchen is kept clean
-  Ensure that all equipments are kept in excellent and safe working condition through daily inspection
-  Daily stock take (Costing, production amount, delivery)
-  Liaise with third-parties for logistics
-  To provide updates and reports on stock take, conflicts, scheduling, and etc
-  Coach new employees
-  Ensure employee’s hygiene at work
-  Preparing all required paperwork for central kitchen in an organized and timely manner for submission to finance department
 
Requirements
-  Able to use Microsoft Office
-  Able to speak English and Malay fluently
-  Able to work with foreign workers
-  Leadership skills are a bonus
 
Salary range from RM2,000 to RM2,800, negotiable
