​Job Requirement
  • Bachelor degree in finance/accountancy
  • Min 3 - 4 years working experience in property development.
  • Good written and spoken Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Familiar with bank funding (TL,BL) policy and process of application.
  • Knowledge of regulation & guidelines of Malaysian income tax laws, accounting standard and Companies Act.
  • Computer literate and familiar with some accounting software and realty sales software in particular
  • Pleasant personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Aggressive, self-driven, with the ability to deliver within tight deadlines requiring minimal guidance.
Job Description
  • To manage full set of accounts, reconciliation, invoicing, budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
  • To be responsible for taxation and financial management including checking, reviewing, monitoring and analyzing.
  • To prepare documents for bank loans and any other banking transactions.
  • To manage daily operational matters.
  • To ensure accurate and timely preparation of management accounts, local statutory reports, monthly cash flow forecasts as well as any other relevant reports.
  • To liaise with project department and sales / marketing department in consolidating monthly accounts.
  • To perform any other duties as and when required.
  • Assist the GM in finance management
