Job Description:

IT Helpdesk/IP Support Engineer

• Ability to assist first level of support in troubleshooting customers’ IT related problems.
• Deploy of virtualization, storage, network and firewall projects.
• Take ownership of tasks assigned to him/her till completion.
• Provide weekly report to supervisor / manager.
• Review systems regularly to improve and streamline work processes.
• Perform overtime when required, and having 24x7 Stand-by rotation with the team.
• Rotating Shift required. (5.5 working days per week / 9 hours include 1 hours rest)
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by the reporting supervisor / manager.
• Able to work independently with/or minimum supervision.
• Have good communication skills, be meticulous and organized in your work, and be able to work well with tight deadlines.
• Good working and learning attitude.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Servers, VMWare, Cisco, IBM/HP/Dell Storage, Fortinet Firewall products.
• Fluent in common language – English and Mandarin is a must.
• Min Degree in IT / relevant field or higher.
• Previous experience working for a competitor in a similar position would be a strong advantage
•Good knowledge of solutions like Virtualization, Storage, Network, Security, BCP.
