Job Description:

Receptionist
- Greeting walk in guests and guests with reservation at front desk.
- Handle the customers registration.
- Received the incoming mails and to do outgoing delivery using courier if requested.
- Handle the typing of documents.
- Handle the incoming phone calls. Write down messages.
- Pass the phone calls to the relevant department.
- Can do multi tasks duties.

Job Requirements:
- Possess in Diploma in Business Admin or any related field.
- Computer Skills: MS OFFICE
- Have own transportation
- Can work and relocate in Seremban Town, N. Sembilan.
- Have pleasant personality.
- Willingness to work on weekend.
- Good communication skills.
- Good spoken and written in English and Tamil.
- Able to do overtime.
- Have good discipline
- Can work independently.
- Can start immediately.
