Position: Team Lead Incident Management
Location: Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM 4,500

Job Description:
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in IT operations and atleast 1 year in Incident management
  • Good understanding of Applications architecture and basic understanding of Infrastructure
  • ITIL certified
  • Responsible for managing major incidents and problem management
  • Responsible of Service Improvement by constantly analyzing Incidents data and work with support teams to identify & implement long term solutions
  • Drive the major incidents with support teams, prepare Post incident reports and drive implementation of corrective actions
  • Good to have knowledge of the Telecom domain
