Job Description:

Admin Assistant - Oil Supply Chain

- To manage sales contracts of import oil from suppliers/brokers.
- To communicate with suppliers on available vessel details and select suitable departure and arrival date of vessels.
-  To communicate with suppliers on related documents and arrange for T/T payments.
- To keep track of shipment voyage status and inform superior in case there is delay in arrival date.
- To arrange trucking out of unloaded oil containers accordingly.
- To update related data into SAP system.
- To perform other duties in the department as instructed by superior.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma.
- Malaysian only.
- Required language(s) : English , Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
- Able to work independently.
- Self discipline & positive mindset.
- Able to work OT.

Working Hour: (8am - 6pm) - Monday to Friday.
Salary: RM1800 - RM2300
