Job Description:

Title: Lecturer/Associate Lecturer
Department: Management
Reports to: Head of Department (HOD)/Principal
 
Main purpose of the job:
To carry out teaching and administration works within the Department as per the HOD’s instructions.
 
Main duties and responsibilities:
  1. To contribute to the development, planning and implementation of a high quality curriculum.
  2. To assist in the development of learning materials, preparing schemes of work and maintaining records to monitor student progress, achievement and attendance.
  3. To participate in the development, administration and marking of exams and other assessments as per instructed by HOD.
  4. To participate in the administration of the department’s programmes of study and other activities as requested.
  5. To maintain an awareness and observation of the institute’s rules & regulations.
  6. To teach at Certificate level in areas allocated by the Head of Department and reviewed from time to time by the Head of Department (HOD).
Requirements:
  1. Fluent in English and Tamil.
  2. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
  3. A Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent qualification is desirable.
  4. Must be able to multi task and manage time effectively. Fresh graduates is encouraged to apply as on-job-training will be provided.
  5. Must be a committed and responsible individual.
  6. Able to start immediately.
  7. Salary will commensurate with experience and knowledge based.
