Job Description:

Admin Assistant

- Handling the preparation of Invoices and Delivery Orders.
- Handling Filing
- Able to communicate with customers in take down orders.
- Handling the checking of the delivery orders to ensure all are in order and in good
  condition.
- Answering Phone calls.
 
Job Requirements:

- Possess Diploma in Business Management
- Computer Skills: MS OFFICE
- Preferably Chinese Female
- Have own transportation
- Good in English and Mandarin.
- At least 1 Year working experience handling admin duties in manufacturing.
- Permanent Job
- Have good communication skills
- Can work independently.
- Training Provided.
- Can start work immediately.
