Job Description

  • Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure that sales target, products implementation are met.
  • Managing products planning, products inventory and analysis products movement.
  • Establish divisional short, mid and long term business and operational plans in tandem with business direction.
  • Well preparation of reports, presentations and analysis to Management.
  • Review monthly sales performance and take correction action to ensure it is aligned with company goals setting.
  • Planning, execute and implement promotion efforts and sales strategies, roadshows and promotion.
  • Planning of annual promotion programs, annual sales calendar and related promotion activities.
  • Plan and prepare yearly sales forecast and operating budget.
  • Promote & maintain the Loyalty Program especially on marketing of member card’s members.
  • To monitor daily sales and operations of Fiffy boutiques.
  • In charge of staffs retention which involved in recruiting, providing training, motivation, coaching and inclusive of staffs development and termination.
  • Responsible for business expansion by managing number of shops to be expanded.
  • Negotiating on rentals and T&Cs of trading to maximize company profit.
  • Liaise and coordinate with contractors on opening or renovation work of stores on the visual design and installation (act as Head of new store planning and setup team).
  • To perform other related duties or ad-hoc tasks / assignments as and when assigned by Management.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in sales & marketing or related field is required for this position.
  • Good command of spoken & written in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Possess effective supervisory skill, leadership, negotiation skill, training & development, operations management, planning and organizing skills.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Seri Alam, Masai.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development/Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
