Job Description:

  • Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to SOP.
  • Supervise the operations of the front desk and Cafe to ensure and optimal level of service and hospitality is provided to the guests.
  • Fully responsible for Front Office & Cafe in absence of Executive Asst. Manager.
  • Work closely with Executive Asst. Manager to plan and assign workloads for front office staffs.
  • Supervise front office team members in their assigned job duties and punctuality.
  • Cross check all billing instructions are correctly updated.
  • Forefront of customer services.
  • Greet guests as they arrive and bids them farewell as they leave.
  • To ensure all guest's satisfaction are met over the facilities and meal experience by providing efficient and excellent quality service.
  • Answer telephone calls from guests.
  • Handle guest complaints professionally.
  • Assist and be on duty as and when required.
  • Ensure excellent service and prompt attention with all customers.
  • Taking customers order.
  • Serve food and beverages.
  • Maintain cleanliness of workplace.
  • Performs any duties when required from time to time as assigned by Manager.
  • Responsible for the smooth operation of F&B section and to enforce highest service quality standard and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ work experience is required.
