Job Description:

Position : Service Desk Analyst - Cantonese & Mandarin (Speak and Write)
Salary : MYR 4,000 - MYR 5,000
Location : Selangor - Bandar Utama
Working hours : Shift rotation based
 

Duties :
Responsible for providing technical support to Client's users for incidents related to End User computing such as PCs, laptops, printers, peripheral networked devices, scanners, MFDs(Multi Functions Devices) and attend to user's service requests remotely.
Key focus areas for the Technical Helpdesk for End User Computing (EUC) includes:
-End User remote support
-Request fulfilment
-Update the service requests that are successfully fulfilled in the Service Desk system, obtain permission to close the service request upon user verification
 

Competency requirements (Knowledge, skill necessary to enable satisfactory performance in the job) Functional skills:
-Good customer service soft skills and remote troubleshooting skills
-Excellent customer service attitude, good communication skills, excellent listening and problem solving skills
-Able to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels
-Very client-focused and ability to empathize with clients needs and instill confidence that their issue will be dealt with efficiently and effectively.
-Proactive, positive personality with a "can-do" attitude
-Take initiative to go the extra miles to get things done
