Job Description:

- Answering the incoming and outgoing calls.
- Handling the booking of appointments.
- Attend the patient's needs
- Coordinate schedules to maximize usage and efficiency of  therapists.
- Prepare an operation reports
- Website and Facebook maintenance.
- Handling the monthly stationaries and treatment materials replenishments.
- Communicate with the walk in customers at the counter.

Job Requirements:
- Possess Diploma / Degree in Business Adminstration or any field.
- Have knowledge in Computer Skills: MS Office and Power Point
- Have 1-2 Year working experience as Customer Service in Hospital background or
  any related field.
- Good spoken and written in English and Tamil are an added advantage.
- Have good interpersonal and communcation skills.
- Self motivated
- A Good team player.
- Possess Own Transportation.
- Permanent Job.
- Able to work on Weekend.
- Can start work immediately.
