Job Description:

- Answering inbound calls to respond to customer inquiries
- Coordinate internal / external enquiries
- Support daily sales order enquiries through different sales channels
- Updating document information into system
- Filing and distribution of document

Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Min SPM
- With atleast  2-3 years working experience 
- Computer literate Ms Words & Excel
- Preferably with some relevent working experience in a customer service environment and knowledge in automotive
- Possess positive attitude,customer first mindset,people oriented,reliable and good working ethics
- Must be competent in handling customer enquiries,complaints and feedback promptly.
- Able to converse in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work independently and minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport
