Job Description:

We are seeking for part-timers to support the accounting operations team in the tasks listed below:
  • Supports the accounting operations team to prepare and reconcile invoices/GRN/PO for convenience store division.
  • Performs data entry for invoices.
  • Assists on preparing and consolidating documentations on daily sales reports and invoices.
  • Supports on any ad hoc requests from management
Job Requirements :
  • Preferably candidates who are able to work long term on part-time basis (4 months and above)
  • Working Hours : Weekday - Office Hours 
  • Candidate should possess at least minimum SPM qualification.
  • Languages required: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Excel. Any knowledge and experience in using accounting software will be an added advantage.
  • Preferably candidates who are able to learn fast on the job, manage time well and organise workload.
  • Able to cope with pressure and deadlines, thrive as part of a team.
  • Candidate must be willing to be based in HQ at Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
