Job Description:

‚Äč* Data Entry into Accounting Software (Autocount), such as Purchase Order, Purchases Tax Invoice, Customer Delivery Order, Customer Tax Invoice, (Staff Claim/ Director Claim) Payment Voucher, Stock Receive, Stock Issue
* Maintain proper filling of account document for record keeping
* Receptionist
* Bank in cheque, send documentation
* Stock checking
* Assist in handling daily financial matters, operations and activities of the admin and accounts department
* Assist with any related tasks as and when required by management

Requirement:
* Candidate must hold at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Account or Equivalent
* Candidate must have at least 2 years working experience in the related field
* Experience with Autocount Accounting Systems Software will be add advantages
* Able to work under thight timelines and interpendent
* Must have own transport
* Required Language(s):- English, Malay, Chinese
* Working hours: 9am - 6pm
