MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

To design innovative and unique promotional strategies and activities to enhance sales
To ensure sales targets are achieved through aggressive and effective marketing programs
To formulate an annual marketing plan to meet sales objectives
To work out promotions that is effective in boosting sales
To be in charge to plan and organize the logistics, manpower and mechanics of sales activities e.g. road shows, launches, sponsorships etc..
To think of premiums or gift that can be tied-in with the promotions to enhance the appeal of the promotions.
Ensuring consistency of standards for all aspects of promotions, branding, collateral and internal/external communications

Requirements:

At least 1 year of relevant work experience
Preferably graduate in Mass Communication / Sales & Marketing
Direct exposure in the retail industry and consumer products is an advantage
A good team player, initiative and able to work independently
Strong communication and writing skills
Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
Must possess own transport
