Job Description:

SERVICE ENGINEER 

Position Summary: 
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Service Engineer is responsible for providing technical and after-sales-service support to the key customers and distributors in the Medical Technology Business Unit. 
Responsibilities: 
  • To install and test all equipment at the customer’s site and ensure it is in working order at all times. 
  • To provide maintenance support of all equipment on a timely manner and report the type of maintenance provided. 
  • To provide technical and application training to users and distributors to ensure all users and distributors are proficient in handling the equipment. 
  • To manage customer complaint, feedback handling process and trouble-shooting of devices to ensure low downtime of devices. 
  • To ensure all relevant machine upgrades and communication to end users are disseminated in a timely manner. 
  • To keep track of all equipment supply, installation, troubleshooting and maintenance schedule. 
Requirements: 
•        Degree in Biomedical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent. 
•        Minimum 2 years experience in handling and servicing of medical equipment 
•        Prefer Mandarin speaker
•        Good interpersonal skills 

Salary Range : RM 3,500
